Chemical Engineer | Graduate Student | Lifelong Learner

Hello World!
Welcome to my homepage. I’m a graduate student in Biological and Environmental Engineering at Cornell University. I completed my B.S. from New York University in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering with a minor in Public Health.
I’m interested in novel chemical pathways to engineer materials that mitigate our energy crisis sustainably and can be helpful in resource recovery in the natural environment. Previously, I have worked on applications of systems biology and gas hydrate science in energy and sustainability.
My work as a scientist is fueled not only by my interest in the sciences but also by my goal to advocate for intersectional environmentalism and communities that face environmental injustice. In and outside the laboratory, I work to promote diversity and inclusion in STEM and make science accessible to all.
